Welcome to the StrategicSource Qualified “Lead Referrer” Program.

StrategicSource continues to grow through its long list of satisfied clients and referrals. Now you can participate as a Qualified Lead Referrer.

Receive up to 3% commissions for one year when you register a qualified lead referral (prospect) and it becomes a StrategicSource client. You can register by e-mail at tfoster@strategicsource.com or by phone at 218-821-0444 with the StrategicSource Marketing Manager, Terri Foster; or by registering on-line below. Receive another 2% commissions for one year when you schedule an appointment for a StrategicSource representative with one of your qualified lead referrals (prospect) and it becomes a StrategicSource client.

Complete the information below and when your qualified lead referral becomes a StrategicSource client and pays their invoice, we'll send you a check for up to 5% of the monthly invoice fee on all Lead Referrals you register with StrategicSource.

Terms and Definitions

Registering (identifying) a qualified lead (prospect) by phone and/or e-mail with StrategicSource’s Director of Business Development or by registering on-line via StrategicSourcepurchasing.com web-site. Lead Referrer must provide the following:

  1. Company or Dealer & Location -
  2. Dealer Principal and/or Key Contact including phone # - Key Contact is defined as either the recommended decision-maker or the decision-maker him/herself
  3. Number of new cars sold in an average month
  4. Obtaining gross revenue information in, at minimum, ranges of $25MM/annum
  5. Interest level in exploring purchasing alternatives to their current purchasing processes and when we should contact them

Meeting Scheduled – Lead Referrer contacts and schedules an introductory meeting for/with a StrategicSource representative.

  1. Meeting time and place scheduled and communicated to StrategicSource
  2. Key decision maker(s) identified
  3. Number of new cars sold in an average month
  4. Obtaining gross revenue information in, at minimum, ranges of $25MM/annum
  5. Interest level in exploring purchasing alternatives to their current purchasing processes and when we should contact them

Commission Tracking & Payment Responsibility
StrategicSource & Lead Referrers are responsible for tracking all Lead Referral commissions. Commissions are paid upon receipt of paid invoice from StrategicSource Client that was referred. A monthly Lead Referral commission report will be sent to each Lead Referrer reflecting their sales commissions for the prior month. All participants are responsible for reviewing their commissions on a monthly basis. Discrepancies must be sent to the StrategicSource principal within 15 days upon receipt of commission report.

Sharing Commissions
Individuals participating in this Lead Referral and Sales Commission Program have the option to split commissions with a StrategicSource employee, another individual, strategic partner, etc. if they feel any of the events cross over or any one individual’s effort warrants special consideration. The StrategicSource Principal must approve all shared commissions.

Questions & Conflicts
Any questions regarding this Lead Referral and Sales Commission Program or conflicts arising from this Lead Referral and Sales Commission Program will be resolved by the StrategicSource Principal on an individual basis. The StrategicSource Principal has final approval and reserves the right to make any changes that we deem fair and reasonable regarding this Lead Referral and Sales Commission Program to ensure the viability of the program.
